Introduction
In every aspect of human civilization, we would have liked structures to measure in or to get But it is not only building structures but to create efficient structures so that it can fulfill the main purpose of the buildings. Here comes the role of civil engineering and more precisely the role of There are many classical methods to the analysis and solve design problem, and with time software named staad pro has been used recently and most widely in all over the world Few standard problems even have been solved to point out how staad pro are often used concept of creating model, loading, analysis and esign condition as per IS code(IS456)staad pro easy guide and Types of Support.

SCOPE
1.Understanding of design , analysis and detailing concept of structural buildings
2 Main objective i.e. learning of STAAD.Pro software package with basic level to advanced
3 Learning of analysis and design methodology which can be very useful in the field and conceptually
4 Understanding of earthquake resistance design concept using is 1893.
5 Approach for professional practice in the field of structural engineering for beginners and students
PROCEDURE
STEP :1 Create a model using architectural plan
STEP :2 assign a property for created model
STEP :3 loading for the created model of buildings
STEP :4 Perform analysis
STEP :5 Design structural member
Types of support
1 Simple Support
The support which can allow the member to man-oeuvre within the direction of the plane of support. However, it doesn't allow movement within the direction perpendicular to supporting plane. Thus, simple support will not offer any resistance against sliding and moment. It offers reaction only during a direction perpendicular to the support.Roller support is the sole support of this type.
Example
In buildings, member like slab or beam (cast separately from the supporting wall or column and simply resting on wall or column are often called simple support (neglecting thefrictional resistance to sliding at the interface) A precast beam, or a slab resting on the wall, or cast-in-situ slab resting on steel beam are some more illustrations of this
2. Hinged Support
It is a support which allows the supported member-only to rotate but doesn't allow any translation movement. This support offers a reaction in any direction but doesn't resist the moment. Its is also called as rotationally free support.
Example
A slab having simple regard to the supporting beam as explained partially is claimed to possess rotation free support actual hinge isn't provided at the support. Even a slab cast monolithically and rigidly connected with the supporting beam as described partially are often rotation free at support if the beam itself is rotating in conjunction with the slab.
The rotation of beam is possible if that beam itself is simply Supported attends hinged support or a rotation free support is additionally repeatedly loosely termed as simple support
3. Fixed Support
It is the support which not only resists translation but also rotation-k-resists moment and offers reaction in any direction. Thus, fixed support could also be support which does not rotate.

Example 1
A slab or a beam embedded during a rigid wall are often said to supply rigid support.Any support which can offer resisting moment so on prevent rotation are often called tough and fast support.it's already been made clear partially (b) above that a rigid connection should not be taken on give fixed end condition. It doesn't imply zero rotation of the joint or of the supported member. Thus, it must be noted that a simple connection between two members is often said to supply a simple rotation free end condition to the supported member. But a rigid connection between two members doesn't necessarily provide a hard and fast end condition to the supported member.

Example 2
Consider a two-span continuous beam carrying equal UD Loud on both the spans. The beam is simply supported over three supports ie it isn't even interconnected with the support.Still, the symmetry of the loading span and end conditions creates a condition of zero rotation at the intermediate support which can be considered as rotation fixed support conditionHowever, still, the support is simple because rotation is possible because of change within the hundreds on two spans. The question of end condition for the column at the highest of the footing could also be a typical one.
