- Monthly preparation and tracking of RA Bill status.
- Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractor.
- Project monitoring physical and financial progress for all projects daily.
- Quantity Estimation.
- Taking out quantities from drawings.
- Co-ordination between clients and project team.
- Billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items
- Preparation of Deviation Extra item
- Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings
- Prepare & process subcontractor bills
- Review the quantities item listed
- Checking measurements
- Should be good in MS Excel and MS word
- Making Bill of Quantity & Measurements
- Checking of bills & issue certificate of payment to contractors
- Preparing Rate analysis of extra items
- Material reconciliation
- Monitoring of site & manage the site problems.
- Coordination with clients.
