BBS ENGINEER  Civil jobs --- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

1. BE/B.Tech Civil with 5 years of experience on BBS role in any high rise residential projects. Should have handled BBS independently for the whole project.

2. Studying design and drawings, specifications.

3. Preparing RFI and support.

4. Preparing and reviewing the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for steel reinforcement.

5. Ordering the steel and stock follow up at site.

6. Monitoring and minimizing steel wastage.

7. Direct involvement in reinforcement detailing, check and approve schedule issued by contractor.

8. Reconciliation of steel, joint measurement and tracking , etc periodically.

9. Working location would be Hyderabad only.

10. Immediate joinings are preferred.
