Offshore Structural Design EngineerCivil jobs --- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Proficient in analysis & Design of FPSO modules, Fixed platforms and Jackets structures using SACS
- Familiar with Fixed platform Jacket Global in-place and Spectral Fatigue Analysis using SACS.
- Brownfield experience is preferable.
- Knowledge of Offshore Engineering standards & Conversant with DNV, API & ABS standards, Euro code, NORSOK, AISC, OSHA, AWS, etc.,
- Review of all structural calculations
- Represent structural discipline in interdisciplinary reviews
- knowledge in FE programs and able to perform design a structure using Ansys tool.
- Responsible for quality checks, quality assurance for review meetings, and problem resolutions.
- Capable of handling queries from the site and client
- Assists the Project/Lead Engineer in obtaining client and third-party approval on the project.
