• 2. Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests and drawings

• 3. Carry out technical and feasibility studies

• 4. Draw up blueprints according to technical specifications

• 5. Assess potential risks

• 6. Provide advice and suggestions to resolve issues in construction

• 7. Oversee and mentor staff

• 8. Monitor progress of projects

• 9. Produce reports in project status

• 10.Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials after proper approvals

• 11.Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits
