Excellent Communication Skills.

Flexible to work in night shifts and staggered week offs.

Work experience – 1 to 5 years(Max).

Should have any calling exp for the period of 1 year.

Immediate Joiners Only

Preference required:

1. Foreign languages proficiency would be an added advantage
2. Prior experience in an in-bound / outbound call center
3. Handling HR help desk is desirable
4. Experience in HR/HR shared services
5. Experience in PeoplePortal
6. Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and tools

HR Application required:

1. PeopleSoft 8.9 ver
2. ADP US Payroll tool
3. Time and Attendance System
4. Trouble Ticketing Service Request Workflow Web Application

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Receive & log all queries received through phone & email in Panorama / Trouble Ticketing tool

2. Responsible to work on Ticketing to resolve the queries received from the employee

3. Responding to inquiries regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance, payroll deductions, etc.

4. Adhere to defined processes and ensure delivery in accordance with set quality standards

5. Thorough knowledge of policies & processes for multiple Customers group

6. Ensure the Service level are achieved at all times for HRS processes

7. Innovative with a commitment to change and process improvement applying KAIZEN and LEAN methodologies

8. Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and ensure data privacy at all times

9. Take ownership for query resolution and individual metrics
