JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reporting to Foundry Manager, QA & QC/NDT In-Charge
- Inspection of Castings based on a daily plan with relevant Standards & Suitable Method
- Recording the Inspection Observation
- Prepare NDT Reports
- Monitor the Rework of Products & Raise NCR to Relevant Process Departments
- Equipment Maintenance & Internal/External Calibration
- Spares, Accessories & Consumables of NDT – Plan/Stock
- Handling Third-Party Inspection Offering of NDT – RT, UT, MT, PT & VT
ROLES
- ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT, PT
- UT – Prefered
- Sound Knowledge In Ultrasonic Testing of Castings
- Having VT will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3years in Similar Industry ( Castings Inspection – Foundry )
