In United Kingdom measurement based on Imperial and metric system and most of rest of world uses the metric system.

Typically, reinforced cement concrete weight around 2500kg per cubic metre, 4215 pounds per cubic yard, 156 Pounds per cubic foot, or 0.09 pounds per cubic inch, 2.5g/cm3, 25kN/m3, 71kg/ft3, which is approximately equal as 2.5 tonnes per cubic metre.
Regarding this, what is the weight of reinforced concrete per cubic foot, taking fair estimate for constructing a reinforced cement concrete for residential, commercial and industrial construction, generally 1 cubic foot of reinforced cement concrete weight around 156lb or 0.078 tons which is equivalent to 71 kg in metric system.
Generally thickness of reinforced cement concrete for slab is 100mm and its density about 2500kg/m3, regarding this, weight of reinforced concrete per square metre, volume of 100mm thick slab = 1m2 × 0.1m = 0.1m3, weight of reinforced concrete slab = 0.1m3 × 2500kg/m3 = 250kg, so, for 100mm thick slab, weight of reinforced concrete is about 250kg or 551lb per square metre, for 125mm thick slab, it will be 690 pounds or 313kgs per square meter and for 150mm thick slab, it will be 827 pounds or 375kgs per square metre.
Generally thickness of reinforced cement concrete for slab is 4 inch or 0.33 feet and its density about 156lb/ft3, regarding this, weight of reinforced concrete per square foot, volume of 0.33 feet thick slab = 1ft2 × 0.33ft = 0.33 ft3, weight of reinforced concrete slab = 0.33 ft3 × 156lb/ft3 = 52lb, so, for 4 inch thick slab, weight of reinforced concrete is about 52 pounds or 23.6kgs per square foot, for 5 inch thick slab, it will be 65 pounds or 29.5kgs per square foot and for 6 inch thick slab, it will be 78 pounds or 35.4kgs per square foot.
