• As NDE Level III – RT,UT,PT and MT
• Reduce CONC on NDE complaint
• Help the team for TPG audit and certification
• NDE Level II qualification
• Evaluation and recommending NDE equipment purchase
• Procedure qualification , training and establish on NDE
• Help NDE team on day today NDE issues
• Prepare audit check list for NDE to avoid non conformance
• New product development
• Expediting activity on NPD
• Preparing the list of additional controls to be enforced on the specific Alloys/Parts based on Customer / Internal Feedback and the History Card
• Attending the Daily Rejection Meeting and taking corrective action related to Process Non-conformance
• Recording of all Process parameters related to Sample/Pilot Prove out
• Participating in the Internal Quality Improvement Team meeting
